Health coach, personal trainer, Yoga RYS 200 hour, and Pilates instructor Michele Gangwer will be teaching an introduction to Pilates class at the library on Thursday June 21 from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Come join us and learn what Pilates is all about. There is a $5.00 fee for those who register. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and wear comfortable clothing. Ages 16 and up are welcome. Registration is required and begins June 4th.
