Are you interested in learning about honey bees?
All ages are welcome to join our host, Rob, at the library on Thursday, July 11th at 5:30pm.
In this one-hour session, Rob will discuss how bee colonies work, the differences between the three kinds of bees in a hive, and some different breeds of bees. There will be a style of beehive on display, so you can view how the comb is drawn out and how the bees utilize the frames. If time allows, there may be a discussion about some of the different hive types and pests of honeybees.
**There will be no live bees during this program**
