Want to learn what it is to be mindful? What it means to be present? Health coach, personal trainer, Yoga RYS 200 hour, and Pilates instructor Michele Gangwer will be teaching an introduction to Mindfulness/Being Present class on Monday July 16, 2018 from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. There is a $5.00 fee for those who register. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and wear comfortable clothing. Ages 16 and up are welcome. Registration is required and begins July 2nd.
