HEAL (Healthy Everyday Activities for Life) Classes

Sign up now for HEAL classes taught by Jocelyn from Sunshine Therapeutics. This series will be offered on the second Tuesday of each month, February through May, at 2 pm at the library. Each class (30 to 45 mins.) will include a stretch, an exercise, a postural correction, and a stress reliever tip. It is important to wear comfortable clothing. Each class will be limited to 20 people. The first class, on February 13, at 2 pm, will address back pain. The second class, on March 13, at 2 pm, will address neck pain. The third class on April 10, at 2 pm, will address headaches/migraines. The fourth class on May 8, at 2 pm, will address hip pain.
