Join the Rootfinders on Saturday, January 13, at 10am, to learn more about genealogy and share your stories.
On Wednesday, January 10, from 6 to 8 pm, our instructor will be Kay Angner who will guide you on how to fold the pages of a book to display a 3-D image of a heart when the book is standing up on its spine. You will need to bring a hard cover book, at least 8 1/2" by 5 1/2"; a ruler marked in centimeters; and a pencil. Please register ahead for this craft which is for ages 16 and up.
The adult book club meets every other Tuesday at 1 pm. However, there will be no meeting on December 5th. The December 19th meeting (Christmas lunch) will be held offsite. The books are The Quiet Little Woman by L.Alcott and A Christmas Memory by T. Capote. Books are available at the front desk.
Residents of Quaker Heights will meet in their community room to make festive holiday cards on Friday, Dec. 8 at 2 pm.
Residents of Carriage Hill - come down to your community room for a lively session on Bingo on Fri., Dec. 1 at 2 pm.
Saturday, Dec. 9 at 10 am - come for a holiday get-together with our genealogy lovers. Bring food to share.

Join us for a Bear Hunt
Drop in between 9:15am and 10:00am on Saturday, February 3
to hunt for a bear in our children’s room!
Children will go through a variety of obstacles to find a bear in our children’s room.
Registration is required for this program and will begin January 15.
